It was overall very good. Was close to town and other great locations so didn't have to wonder too far.

The house was perfectly located, within a 5 minute walk to the shops and Lakeside but on a very quiet road, with no through traffic.
Exceptionally clean and very cosy, the house was very tastefully decorated and to a very high spec - we couldn't fault a thing! Beds were very comfortable and a good shower in the bathroom! The parking permit was an excellent addition to the property. Bay Tree Cottage was absolutely fabulous and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again for a future trip!

Bay Tree Cottage was a lovely house, very clean and well fitted out with good appliances. It was close to all the amenities in Bowness and on a quiet side street.
Parking close to the house was the only real issue during checking in/ out but the owners supplied a parking permit that could be used in Bowness as well as in other parking in nearly towns and villages plus there was free parking further up Biskey Howe Road. A great stay and we would highly recommend

It was a very nice house exactly as shown in the picture. Also, the furniture was more than wonderful and the decorations were beautiful and quiet, giving the soul some comfort and tranquility. There is also a beautiful small garden. Everything in the kitchen was useful and complete. The beds are very very comfortable, clean and fresh. In short, it is one of the best places I have lived in and I felt some comfort, calm, rejuvenation and joy in the soul
